process
The steps from start to finish are pretty simple if you follow the basic layout of a timeline
1. Fill out as much as you can in the “inquiry†on the site
Take your time going through the site when making your selections. There may be an email or phone conversation afterwards to confirm what your needs are, and to answer any questions you may have before we start the design process.
2. After we confirm what your needs are, Cilantro will send an electronic invoice and contract to sign
We require a signed contract and 50% NON-REFUNDABLE check or deposit before we move forward to the design phase of your project.
3. Once we receive the initial funds and signed contract
Cilantro will begin designing and will send an electronic design for viewing and editing.
4. Up to 3 rounds of edits are allowed, after the initial design is electronically sent
Any more requires a $75 per round, which you will be notified prior to receiving a final invoice.
5. After you finalize the design and edits
Cilantro will send an proof form and an invoice for the remaining funds (the remaining 50% + taxes + shipping and handling (and any other additional charges* – if applicable).
6. Send back the approved proof form with your signature on it, along with final non-refundable payment
We do not print until we receive the signed proof form and final non-refundable payment.
7. We will email you a tracking number once the project is printed and trimmed
