payment & shipping

For all projects, we require 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, along with a signed contract. After you approve the final design, Cilantro requires the remaining amount. We do not start printing until we receive final approval on proof, and payment from the final invoice.*

* The final invoice will include the remaining 50% + taxes + shipping/handling + any additional fees that may have accrued. We will notify you throughout the process when you are charged with additional fees (extra editing rounds, added ink colors, larger quantities, etc..) Either way, you will not be surprised when you receive your final invoice!

why Paypal?
Paypal is a secure and safe method of payment. Once you receive a final invoice from us, you can log into the Paypal site (https://www.paypal.com) and click on “make a payment”. We will give you specific directions if this is your preferred method. Paypal accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal, itself. You do not need to have an account with Paypal in order to purchase products through Cilantro.

can I use a personal/money order?
If you prefer to mail a payment, you can use a personal check or money order. Please send payment, contract and final approval of proof together to the studio address. Once the check is cleared, we will promptly begin your project. Please send check, contract and final approved proof to:

shipping method
We use Fedex ground to ship your products, unless you note otherwise on your order form. If you require a tracking number for your product, please inform me on your order form. We ship out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, unless you request rush order we will use Fedex Priority, Overnight or 2-Day, depending on your preference.
